After looking for a long time for a good quality mattress, we felt for Heveya that has a real sustainable approach and zero nasty products. For couple like us that have a different need, they offer the ability to have two different firmness (in king size). The bedframe is beautifully crafted, it’s elegant, not overly complex and high quality manufacture. Yet to try the linen bedsheets!

We walked into Heveya looking for pillows and met Anna. She gave us a very good introduction about the brand and explained to us which pillow would be most suited. Heveya's products and services are quality. But they are on the pricey side. Product: - I bought their latex mattress III, and it's the most comfortable mattress I have slept on (vs spring, foam). But it's much heavier too. Makes changing bedsheets a challenge. - Their latex pillows are similarly more comfortable than my experience with foam or fiber. - I also went with their bamboo sheets. It's nice on the skin, but the wow effect is more prominent from their mattress and pillow. Service: - We were serviced by Lotte. She took the time to educate us on the most suitable types of mattress and pillow. Allowing us to have quality sleep experience at home. - When we discovered some damage on a bedsheet, she helped process an exchange. No questions asked.

Excellent customer service. Chris is very knowledgeable about his products and welcomed us to try them out for a few hours. While I only bought the pillow, the mattresses are the best I’ve ever slept on. Came here 6 years ago and the quality and service has remained top-notch. Will definitely come here again in the future

We were leisurely walking around Tiong Bahru and came upon a beautiful store front. Inside we met Chris who educated us on the gorgeous organic mattresses and bedding exclusive to Heveya. No memory foam here, instead their products are made from organic Sri Lanken latex. Chris was so accommodating to answer all our questions. Afterwards we purchased a pillow and pillow covers. If they had a US store, would certainly have considered their mattresses which were so comfy. Thank you Chris for making our visit special. Best, Jon and Sandy

I recently bought the one of the Linen Sheets Bundle from the online store. I was wowed by the fact that I ordered them on late Friday night (11PM) and I received my order the next day around mid afternoon. It was really amazing how fast they processed and delivered my order. The bedsheets came in this very nice high quality tote bag as you can see from the pictures. The packaging was immaculate. Great details from the sheets down to the embroidery and stitching. For service and quality of the products, hands down, 5 stars from me. I would recommend for anyone looking to switch to linen bedsheets to read up on the material as it does have a tendency to shed more in comparison to bamboo or cotton from my personal experience

We were greeted warmly by Chris upon entering the shop. He was very detailed in explaning the mattress to us and we proceeded to the sleep test. We were already sold when we enter the shop. Im so glad i found Heveya and will most definitely spread the word around. We really love the mattress so much , we never had a bad sleep or ever woke up having bad body aches. Even my dog approves. 💕

Heveya is so beautiful place to go in choose your pillows. They have professional consultants to recommend the best choice of pillow that’s suits you. They have a studio to try all their pillows and give suggestion which to choose. I can say Chris Dawson is highly recommended to look for, he will give you his opinion and allow you to sleep till you are comfortable to make your choice. Most importantly he don’t hard sell and he cares more on his clients sleeping patterns. To ensure we made the right choice. This pillow also improves my husband snoring habits and gives a good deep sleep at night.

We enjoyed visiting Heveya which was tastefully decorated in warm and soothing colours. All the senses were engaged with the relaxing scents and calming music. The bamboo sheets are very soft and cool to touch, with a wide range of gorgeous colours. Tere who tended to us was welcoming and helpful with practical suggestions. Highly recommended and love the fact that Heveya is a certified B Corp!

What a fantastic experience shopping for a mattress at Heveya:) Kavinn was excellent in explaining the different types of mattress. He even invited us to sleep on it for 30 minutes so we get to experience what it’s like! The long warranty offered speaks volume of the quality. Highly recommended :) I am also truly grateful to Chris and his team for arranging the delivery. They made sure that the delivery timing suited my renovation timeline. I have had the best sleep in years and I assure you that you are paying for quality sleep.
